The Town of Seneca does NOT have zoning.
BUILDING A NEW HOME
If you are building a brand new home, we will refer you to the building inspector as we are not able to issue a permit for a new home. Please contact Smrcina Inspections, LLC (Brad Smrcina) at (608) 799-6229.
Building outbuildings or additions to existing homes
Download the building permit below, fill it out and return it by mail with the fee to the address listed on the permit. For questions, please contact the Town of Seneca clerk.
