When are tax bills mailed?
Tax bills are mailed out in December. If you don’t receive your bill by December 31st, please contact your local Treasurer or the County Treasurer to verify your address.

When are payments due?
All taxes on real property, personal property, and improvements on leased land shall be paid in one of the following ways:
• In full - Paid on or before January 31st.
• In two installments - Should be paid with the first installment payable on or before January 31st and the second installment payable on or before July 31st. The exception being if the tax is less than $100.00, then the full amount is due on or before January 31st.
Also, personal property taxes must be paid in full by January 31st.
All payments postmarked through January 31st are made payable to the local treasurer. Payments made February 1st and later, including second installments and delinquent taxes, are due to the Crawford County Treasurer, except for personal property.
What forms of payment are accepted?
The Town of Seneca accepts checks. No cash please.
